SecureCare Dental (SCD) sells fully-insured dental products. Our dental products include a coast-to-coast PPO dental network, and are underwritten by American Fidelity Assurance Company (rated A+ by A.M. Best Company, one of the nation’s leading insurance rating services.) Our Triple Choice dental products have been leaders in innovation and customer satisfaction. Currently, our products cover 50,000 insureds.
Southwest Preferred Dental Organization (SPDO) is a licensed third-party administrator (TPA), and is the exclusive administrator for SecureCare Dental products. SPDO develops and manages a provider network of almost 2,000 dentists.

Employee Participation Welcoming Committee – Being a newcomer to any community can be difficult until you "know the ropes." Warmly welcoming new team members and helping them feel comfortable and welcome is the job of the Welcoming Committee. One of the committee members will guide you through your initial weeks, helping you become familiar with the company and the community around us.
Birthday Committee – This group of volunteers makes sure your birthday is special and memorable for you.
Projects Committee – The Project Committee organizes events throughout the year in response to employee input. Involvement in the community is the focus. Examples of projects are the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer annual walk and selecting a non-profit or charitable cause such as The Ronald McDonald House or Free Arts for the Children for our annual Christmas project. Making a positive impact in our community is part of the culture at SCD/SPDO.
